Excellent product, wish I had bought a computer years ago. Only had the computer two weeks but it has changed the way I cycle now much more efficient using the cadence monitor. Easy to set up heart rate zones to work to makes my training goals easier. Very easy to set up and then upload to Strava when I have finished.

Good quality Garmin products. Edge 500, reliable, battery lasts for ages, easy to use and set up. I used youtube for some help but it;'s really simple and works every time. Loads of features. Would reccommend.

Great product, came with cadence and HR monitor. Easy to fit and simple to use the basic setup. Understanding some of the options is a bit more complicated and garmin connect is not so great. However I have downloaded my first route and could see HR and cadence graphs. Not yet sorted HR zones or tried the virtual race or download a third party route but all these seem to be possible. Like the portability and multi bike setup, which will be great for my n+1 stable of bikes. Screens are good in having user preferences on various windows. Some display data seems a bit specialised, but speed, time, hr, cadence and lap data is all good stuff.

I purchased the Garmin Edge 500 after reading a lot of reviews online. I am very pleased with it. I got it with the HR monitor and cadence. I do a lot of cross country MT biking and enjoy check the stats at the end of the ride. The cadence is not as important as the HR monitor. I purchased the unit from Probikekit and as they had advertised, it was about 20 days till it showed up. However, once I received the package, it was exactly what I ordered and I saved big $ ordering through these guys. I would highly recommend ordering through them if you want a great deal. Everywhere else I checked wanted about $100 more for the same product. I really like the it and use it every time I ride. Happy Trails!
