only recovery drink for me

Always difficult to say how effective recovery products actually are - but overall I think this really helps after a tough session. Also I actually enjoy the taste and find it does not leave a horrible after tastes as many do.

Tastes good....

I've tried most of the recovery shakes and I'm not too keen on most of them.. I had tended to rely on banana milkshake but was not convinced it was as effective at fueling recovery as a proper recovery drink so I thought I'd give this product a try. I'm very pleased that I did! There's none of the strange 'scientific' taste of some of the others and it actually tastes like strawberry milk. I'm not sure if the benefits are more than a placebo, but I think it's doing the job, and I'll continue buying it. Packaging is nice and lightweight too.

Torq Every Time

have tried a few energy and recovery drinks and for me Torq is always the best for taste value for money. Torq Recovery might not be the cheapest but it seems to help recovery after a long bike ride, I can certainly feel the difference if I don't take it. the fact Torq contains no 'nasties' in the ingredients is also important to me. I have not tried any other flavours yet but Strawberrys & Cream is very pleasant to drink. Cheapest price I could find online was from Pro Bike Kit.

Really tasty easy to mix recovery drink. I mix with milk & whip in to produce a delicious shake. A great 'pick me up' after a hard ride.
