Can't go wrong with Pro
I purchased this stem purely to match the Vibe seatpost and bars I had purchased earlier in the year (both of which are UD carbon finish). I had the PRO PLT CC stem previously with 3k carbon finish and it looked a bit over the top against the flat finish carbon parts. The first thing I noticed is that like the PLT model it is an alloy stem wrapped in carbon, so on weight front you are looking at 150g for 130mm stem. The triangular profile of the Vibe stem adds to adds stiffness, and whilst I'm quite a bit bulkier than your average peloton rider I've found it to offer a great balance between strength and comfort (with carbon bars). Finish is exceptional, with Ti bolts and puzzle clamp it just feels well resolved and finished like most of the rest of their range. A breeze to fit with 2 bolts on the head instead of 4. Pricey, but if you can get it on offer it's well worth a punt.
