Shimano Di2 SM-BMR1 Long Bottle Cage Mount - Internal
The long bottle cage mount for internal wiring. Only the mounts with the later firmwares will work with the newer Di2 systems (like this one was), Ultegra Di2 6780 in my case. It attaches to the bottle cage mounts and doesn't move around on the road.
