Now these do get criticised for leaking when it's wet and I theorise that it's because people have placed them on the forks where there is a lot of splash. If you want to improve the seal... Bodge it! Where these are gems is in life saving... And I'm not joking! I have several of these front and back varying in USB and disposable batteries as, theory being, if one dies on me another can take its place. If I'm away for a couple of days I can either obtain batteries or charge from my Exposure front lights smart port or an external power bank. Why I am obsessed with these... I was talking with someone at the end of work at 11pm and commenting on how these have saved my life before, only to leave and nearly get wiped out by a stolen car being chased by the police. I was just over the top of a hump with a width restriction and the only reason they saw me over the brow was the two flashing fibre flares on my rucksack!!! It was skidding all over the road but stopped in time.... Due to my visible early warning. The car didn't even have its lights on! Also... This is true!!! They attach to pretty much anything and are perfect to attach to molle (military webbing straps for camo... Look it up.... Handy rucksacks for off road expeditions). Furthermore... 1. I've never lost one! 2. They do break and I've broken some but nothing is indestructible and each time was due to my being heavy handed. They've never broken on the job. 3. They are incredibly visible. 4. They are life savers. 5. I didn't say this... When at eye height with a couple flashing, they are quite disorienting and people won't try it on in width restrictions and will also give you a wider berth. Buy them because of all of the above!

Bought this to supplement my Cateye Volt front light, just for increased visibility and it doesn't disappoint. Different, versatile and very noticeable as well as being rechargeable. So far I'm well pleased with it, so much so that I purchased the rear light version as well which I have attached to my backpack. Both lights were purchased whilst on offer at PBK and with free p+p - double prizes!
