The new casual apparel collection from The Broom Wagon features a range of stylish t-shirts and sweatshirts that celebrate our shared passion for cycling. Whether you’re on your way to a race, heading out to the shops or just lounging about, it’s important that you feel comfortable and look good.

All our tees are made from pre-shrunk 100% cotton while our sweatshirts feature a cotton and polyester blend to give that fleece-lined feel to the inside of the garment. The Broom Wagon offers premium clothing at an affordable price, made using the best materials.

Classics Season

The spring classics in Northern France and Belgium at the start of the season are some of the most exciting races of the year. Iconic climbs, small roads and bad weather make for dramatic racing. Classics such as E3 Harelbeke, Gent-Wevelgem and Paris-Roubaix are often animated by the Sprinteurs. The Amstel Gold Race, Flèche Wallone and Liège-Bastogne-Liège are where the Baroudeurs (fighters) come out to play.

When the speed is ramped up and the peloton is lined out the pace is known as À bloc. The Broom Wagon collection is perfect for those of you who love to sprint, fight and line it out.

The Italian Job

Cycling fans don’t come any more passionate than the Tifosi, Italians are manic obsessives when it comes to racing. They adore their favourite pros, from old heroes like Coppi and Bartoli to modern day superstars such as Nibali and Colbrelli. Some of the most popular cycling brands are Italian; Castelli, Sportful and Santini are renowned for producing some of the very best clothing. Their bikes aren’t bad either; the likes of Bianchi, Colnago and Pinarello have helped countless riders to victory.

The Italian collection from The Broom Wagon features a range of cycling t-shirts and sweatshirts with a classic Italian styling.

Je ne sais quoi

French has always been considered to be the language of cycling. Even here in the UK, we refer to the main bunch as the ‘peloton’. Someone who works for you in a race is a ‘domestique’ and a person who drives you to a race and feeds you isn’t your ‘helper’, they’re your ‘soigneur’.

As cyclists, not all of us like to scream and shout about our past-time hobby. While there are plenty of casual cycling t-shirts out there with bicycles printed across them, The Broom Wagon takes a more subtle approach. To a someone who isn’t a cyclist, the term ‘Domestique’ might not mean anything at all, but to fans of the sport, it does. What’s that phrase… “If you know you know”.
