Have this on my p3 with my hydrotail, I have the co2 head on here, and co2 cartridges. The cartridges have to be in there pretty well to not get loose, and I had trouble getting this nut tightened onto my hydrotail. This is good for helping to hold a tire/small bag on top of it as well, but it is a bit of clutter you may be fine without
I had only had this on my Sonic Wing for a matter of days before I got my first flat. When I went to unscrew my inflator from the threaded holder, the whole holder bolt thingy came unscrewed from the nut and was firmly lodged inside my inflator. No amount of trying could get it loose, and because it is made of soft aluminum, it ended up shearing off inside the inflator. So, not only was I unable to fix my flat and had to call for a ride, but I also am unable to used the sonic nut to hold my inflator, plus I had to buy a new inflator. I think a material other than soft aluminum should be used to hold the inflator.
I use this on my Cervelo p2c, attached with the sonic wing. I also carry a saddle bag but hold the co2 cylinders with the nut so I can carry an extra tube in my saddle bag for triathlon races.
I don't attach the co2 head on the nut because I rather keep it in my saddle bag to prevent outside dirt and debris from clogging the head.
