Zipp developed the Tangente High Performance Cork Brake Pad as a response to the intense heat caused by braking on carbon. These pads are designed for Zipp carbon rims and employ a composite cork polymer to reduce glazing and offer consistent brake response.
The Tangente Cork pad should never be used on aluminium braking surfaces.

They may be a touch more expensive than the other pads available but are well worth the difference in price difference. Stop well in both wet and dry conditions and dont leave grey or yellow marks on your rims.
